We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses for orders above Rs. 699/-.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you directly.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Viexta is not liable if an incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before placing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order at no charge to you.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time varies by location. However, due to high demand, delivery usually takes 15–30 days from the date of placing the order for both domestic and international shipments.
This does not include our 1–3 day processing time.
All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. However, sometimes, due to free shipping options, tracking may not be available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”
For some shipping companies, it may take 1–5 business days for tracking information to update on their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have requested combined shipping.


Please Note

You may receive requests from our trusted logistics partners, such as Morning Global or UshopVShip, to provide personal identification documents (PAN Card, Aadhaar, or Voter ID). These documents are mandatory under CBIC Circular No. 9/2020-Customs, which requires KYC for clearance of goods arriving from international warehouses through Indian customs. Providing these documents ensures smooth customs clearance and timely delivery of your order.

Rest assured, your details are handled completely securely and safely, using industry-standard security measures such as encryption, strict access controls, and limited authorized access. This process fully complies with Indian customs regulations.
